
Start the day right with one hour of thoughtful movement. Gentle Morning Yoga is an accessible class for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Feel free to stop by early or stay after for complimentary tea, coffee, and chitchat.
Yoga for Bottoms is an inclusive, sex-positive yoga class focused on building strength and flexibility to reduce strain on the hips, joints, and spine during intimacy. This class is open to students of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds. There will be no physical touch or gendered language in this class.

Once per month, we try an exciting new coffee. We typically try single-origin light roast coffees. $5 suggested donation.

Cozy Power Yoga is a strength-building class. This invigorating and athletic class is open to everyone, but most fun for folks with at least a month of yoga practice. This is a great chance to try new shapes, flashy poses, and big stretches.

This class starts with a gentle warmup followed by 40-50 minutes of supported floor poses. Restorative yoga is great for relaxing the mind and body.

This is an all-levels yoga class to raise money for Palestine Children's Relief Fund. All the money earned for this class will go to PCRF. This class is built for the people who keep everything running: servers, bartenders, baristas, and beyond. Focus on releasing tight shoulders, sore feet, and low back tension while restoring energy after long shifts. Expect a chill vibe, community care, and real relief.

Yoga for Desk Workers is a class for everyone who spends the day seated, whether in an office or at home. We'll work on waking up the spine & warming up hips, neck, and shoulders.

This gentle yoga class focuses on nurturing hip mobility through slow, mindful movement and supportive poses. We'll explore gentle flows, longer-held stretches, and steady breathing to help release tension and invite more comfort and ease into the hips. Great for all levels, this class encourages you to move with kindness, listen to your body, and leave feeling relaxed, open, and grounded.

Deep Stretch is a slow, supportive class designed to create space in the body while gently building strength and stability from within. Class will include breathwork (pranayama), gentle sun salutations, and seated and standing postures, with an emphasis on using the breath as a tool for grounding and ease. Deep Stretch can be especially supportive for folks experiencing chronic tension or discomfort in the neck, back, or hips.

Simply existing in this world can be intensely dysregulating to our minds and bodies. Nurture your nervous system with a dynamic flow, intentional breathwork, and meditative movement designed to attend to the mind-body connection. Open to everyone, pay what you can.

This workshop series will cover the basics of yoga. We'll go over all the beginner-friendly poses, the ideas + alignment behind each pose, and how to get the most out of starting a new yoga practice. This series is more conversational and learning-focused, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and take breaks.
You can sign up for part of the workshop, or all three.
Day 1 (March 9th) will focus on seated postures, such as hip and hamstring stretches.
Day 2 (March 16th) will focus on standing postures, such as lunges.
Day 3 (March 23rd) will focus on getting comfortable with new types of movement, such as mild backbends and balances.
All three classes will include a warmup, a cooldown, accessible options, and time for Q&A.
