Intro to Yoga for Beginners

This workshop series will cover the basics of yoga. We'll go over all the beginner-friendly poses, the ideas + alignment behind each pose, and how to get the most out of starting a new yoga practice. This series is more conversational and learning-focused, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and take breaks.

You can sign up for part of the workshop, or all three.

Day 1 (March 9th) will focus on seated postures, such as hip and hamstring stretches.

Day 2 (March 16th) will focus on standing postures, such as lunges.

Day 3 (March 23rd) will focus on getting comfortable with new types of movement, such as mild backbends and balances.

All three classes will include a warmup, a cooldown, accessible options, and time for Q&A.

If you have any questions, feel free to scroll down to the contact form & send a message.
