Valerie (Val) aims to create a welcoming space where her students can connect with their most authentic selves and believes yoga is one of many beautiful tools that can help us open to the possibilities of the universe—mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is grounded in having some levity, practicing radical joy, and the belief that each person should be free to explore and grow at their own pace.
relaxation
Amanda has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has developed a sense of movement and bodily awareness that helps her students fully release and relax in each class. We carry so much in our bodies on the daily and we should be so aware and in tune with our bodies that simply breathing releases the stressors that we are burdened with from this world. Come join Amanda on the mat and allow yourself to truly melt!
yoga
Hollis considers herself a student first and a teacher second. She came to yoga five years ago simply searching for a form of movement she could enjoy—but what she found was so much more. After just a few classes, it became clear that yoga wasn’t just a workout—it was a celebration of life and journey to liberation. Hollis invites her students to find their own unique journeys and celebrations through the practice of yoga.

A professionally trained actor, yoga instructor, and auto-immune baddie, Gracie's teaching style is rooted in a personal vulnerability that provides others the space to feel safety within themselves, despite the discomforts life brings. She is passionate about facilitating community-centered environments where folks can deepen connection to self through breath and body. Drawing on training, and lived experience, she brings vocal, physical, and emotional expertise to guide trauma-informed, accessible spaces—meeting students where they are and supporting authentic expression.

My yoga journey led me to complete my 200-hour certification in St. Louis in 2018 and a Restorative Yoga certification in Denver in 2023. Since then, I’ve taught Vinyasa, deep stretch, restorative, and kids yoga—each one bringing its own joy and creativity.
I love that yoga can be lighthearted and energizing while still offering steadiness and grounding. My intention is to create classes that feel welcoming, accessible, and empowering—where students can move, breathe, laugh, rest, and leave feeling more connected to themselves.
